Finish Selection Packages

We pre-select various finish packages for the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and exteriors based on a builder’s pre-approved vendors and products. Paint colours, hardwood finishes, cabinet styles and finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures are selected as cohesive designs that work together harmoniously. For the builder, our packages ensure that key selections complement each other and jumpstart the final design selection process for their customers. Builder Marketing Assets

Following the same process we developed for our residential projects, we create complete interior designs based on a builder's floor plans and finish selections. These designs are then used to create finished video, immersive VR panoramas and high resolution photos that builders can use in their print, web and social media marketing to reach their ideal customers. Simply put, our visual rendering of a builder’s spaces enables their homebuyer to see themselves living in their new home.
